How do I install the Android APK file?
Click 'Download Android APK' above to download the official apptimatic.apk file (~4.1 MB). Once downloaded, tap the file in your notification bar or Downloads folder. If your Android phone displays 'Install Unknown Apps' warning, tap Settings and allow installation. Then tap Install and open the app.
Why isn't the iOS app downloaded as an .ipa file?
Apple's iOS security architecture strictly blocks direct .ipa downloads and installations from web browsers on iPhones and iPads. Instead, iOS supports instant Progressive Web App (PWA) installation: open my.apptimatic.com in Safari, tap the Share icon, and select 'Add to Home Screen'. It runs in full-screen standalone mode identical to a native App Store app!
Will the app be available on Google Play and Apple App Store?
Yes! We have built native Android (Gradle) and iOS (Xcode) shells. They are currently being prepared for Google Play Console and Apple App Store distribution. In the meantime, you can use the direct Android APK or Safari Add to Home Screen.
